Shipping and Returns

All orders are shipped with a trackable door-to-door courier to give you a good and secure purchasing experience. We have chosen the most convenient and affordable option available at the moment.
Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible after it has been confirmed. Please note that delivery times depend on the country and specific address your order is being sent to. The delivery times shown next to the shipping method are only approximate and we do not guarantee that your order will arrive exactly within this time.
Since we unfortunately cannot offer tax free prices at the moment, shipping and returns are free for any international customers.

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to any countries or addresses without prior notice.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you want to return an item please contact as quickly as possible after receiving the order.
What can be returned?
Items purchased in stock can be exchanged for a different size, as long as we have the requested new size in stock, or returned for a full refund. Please note that we cannot guarantee that limited edition items can be exchanged for the same style.
Made-to-order items can be exchanged for a different size. However, please note that the new item will also be made-to-order and it will take a while before your new item is ready to ship. Made-to-order items can only be returned for store credit.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, any discounted items cannot be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was when you received it with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Unused and in the same condition means there are no marks or any wear on the item or its tags. We do not accept items with any indications of being used.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How much does it cost?
Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns, except on international orders. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you want to exchange your item for a different size we will cover the shipping costs for your new item. Please note that, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We can arrange the return shipping in which case the cost will be what you payed for shipping to your country plus an additional 10 euros. For example, if the parcel was shipped to the UK the return shipping would be 18 euros in total.
You can also arrange the return shipping yourself, however, you should consider using a  shipping service that provides tracking or purchasing shipping insurance as the items are valuable and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during shipping.
After returning an item
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your exchange or refund will be processed and completed within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your account again a later. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received it check with your bank, credit card company, or with PayPal first.
